One of the downsides to traveling during offseason is that the weather can be spotty (as in rainy and blowing a gale).  But the upside is having the entire place to yourself.  Here is a photo at one of Iceland’s top tourist destinations – Pingvellir National Park, a rift valley where Europe and North America are slowly pulling away from one another.
